Viberi Chocolate Fudge Nice-cream

You know when you make something and you taste it at the end....stand back and say....WOW....How the hell did that turn out so good? This was that moment for me...

Be prepared for a game changer.... This is so deliciously rich- it is not for the faint hearted. This nice-cream ice-cream will leave your tastebuds tantalised and tingling for more Gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free Ingredients 2 cups of Organic Viberi's

2 large banana's cut & pre-frozen 1 can of well shaken coconut cream (plus 2 tablespoon for the swirl effect) 1 steamed and cooled medium beetroot 2 large tablespoons of creamy peanut butter 1/2 cup cacao/cocoa powder Almond milk 1 tablespoon of honey Optional: freeze dried chocolate Viberi's 1. Shake coconut cream in the tin until it is mixed well. You can also empty contents into your blender and pre-blend if you wish. 2. Mixture 1: Put all the ingredients, except cacao, into your blender or food processor and process until smooth. Add almond milk till your mixture can mix fluidly 3. Take some of the nice cream out and set aside to create swirl effect. 4. Mixture 2: Add the cacao into the mixture still in blender...blend.... 5. Put cacao mixture into a container and flatten out with a spatula. Swirl in the berry mixture. 6. Drizzle some coconut cream around and play with the swirling until you start to drool. At this point-you know it's perfect. You may top it with Viberi white chocolates for some crunchy texture. Please note the Viberi white chocolate has sugar in it. For the sugar free option add the plain Freeze dried Viberi's.
