Raw Chocolate Orange Fudge Cake

Ingredients
THE CHOCOLATE BROWNIE BASE:
1/3 cup Brazil nuts
1/3 cup walnuts
9 Medjool dates
2 tablespoons maple syrup
3 tablespoons cacao/cocoa
1-2 tablespoons water
Combine all ingredients until it is like a stiff dough. Press into your baking paper lined tin. Freeze while you make the next layer
FOR THE CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE:
2 cups cashews (soaked overnight, or for at least 6 hours)
1 tbs vanilla essence
1/2 cup cacao/cocoa powder
1/3 cup liquid coconut oil
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup water
Blend all the ingredients until smooth and add to the base layer. Freeze for 20 mins or until next layer is ready. The layer needs to be firm enough before you add the orange cheese cake layer.
FOR THE ORANGE CHEESECAKE:
1 1/2 cup cashews (soaked overnight, or for at least 6 hours)
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tbs vanilla essence
1/2 cup liquid coconut oil
Juice of two oranges
Zest of two oranges
Blend all the ingredients until smooth and add to the base layer. Freeze for 20 mins or until next layer is ready. The layer needs to be firm enough before you add the chocolate fudge layer.
FOR THE CHOCOLATE FUDGE LATER
2 large ripe avocados
8 soaked dates (I forgot this in the video)
1/2 cacao/cocoa powder
1/3 C Coconut oil
1/3 maple syrup
Combine all the ingredients and spread on top of the frozen cheese cake layer.
Cut into segments and freeze. Remove the cake 1/2 hour before you eat it so it will be soft and delicious.
