Wake up with reason smoothie bowl

This is the one smoothie that I make a lot. It makes me feel good, gives me energy and puts a spring in my step when I've been working hard. I did this smoothie at a workshop at the most beautiful Woman's Wellness retreat on lake Wairarapa, just outside of Featherston, a couple weeks back and all the skeptics where converted. The Maca in it balances the Cacao so that our adrenals stay supported and nourished. The beetroot is a blood cleanser and the sauerkraut is loaded with probiotics. Don't balk at this ingredient....seriously....you can't taste it and it adds so much nutrition to your smoothie. Ingredients: Raspberries Viberi's Avocado Banana Cooked beetroot Red sauerkraut Maca Cacao Haze
